The height of the lower section under the lower deck is 32" for the small boat, 39" for the medium and 43" for the large. There is a wood floor for the bottom level. The 2-position swing attachment is 10'L and 8'W. The total length of the small boat is 14', medium 18', large 25'. The small boat has a base of 125", medium 151", large 219". The length at the base depends on the size of the boat. The ladder and optional rockwall each extend out 2'. They can be put on the same side of the boat if there are space constraints. The slide and ramp add an additional 9' of width. All size boats are 8' wide at the widest part.
